✧ I came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ while he was in upper Makkah, but I did not find him. I found Fatimah. Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ came with traces of dust on him. I said: “O Messenger of Allah, I have granted protection to two of my brothers-in-law, and the son of my mother claims he will kill them.” He said: “We have granted protection to the one you have granted protection to.” A bath was prepared for him in a large bowl, and I saw traces of dough in it. He performed wudu' - or he said: he bathed; I am unsure - and he prayed the forenoon prayer wrapped in a cloth.
