حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ سُئِلَ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ عَنْ رَجُلٍ حَلَقَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَرْمِيَ، أَوْ نَحَرَ أَوْ ذَبَحَ، وَأَشْبَاهِ هَذَا فِي التَّقْدِيمِ وَالتَّأْخِيرِ؛ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: لَا حَرَجَ، لَا حَرَجَ

Translation

✧ On the Day of Sacrifice, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked about a man who shaved before throwing the pebbles, or slaughtered or sacrificed, and similar matters regarding advancing or delaying. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'No harm, no harm.'
