حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا زَائِدَةُ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ عَنْ جَابِرٍ عَنْ أُمِّ مُبَشِّرٍ قَالَتْ

جَاءَ غُلَامُ حَاطِبٍ فَقَالَ: وَاللهِ لَا يَدْخُلُ حَاطِبٌ الْجَنَّةَ. فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: كَذَبْتَ، قَدْ شَهِدَ بَدْرًا وَالْحُدَيْبِيَةَ

Translation

✧ The slave of Hatib came and said: “By God, Hatib will never enter Paradise.” The Messenger of God ﷺ said: “You have lied. He witnessed Badr and al-Hudaybiyyah.”
