✧ In Madinah there were two men who dug graves: Abu Ubaydah b. al-Jarrah dug for the people of Makkah, and Abu Talhah dug for the Ansar and made lahd graves for them. He said: When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ died, al-Abbas sent two men to them and said: O Allah, choose for Your Prophet. They found Abu Talhah but did not find Abu Ubaydah, so he dug for him and made a lahd.
