حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ عَنْ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ

أَنَّهُ دَخَلَ عَلَى عَائِشَةَ وَهُوَ يُخَاصِمُ فِي دَارٍ، فَقَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ [ ؓ ]: يَا أَبَا سَلَمَةَ، اجْتَنِبِ الْأَرْضَ فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: مَنْ ظَلَمَ شِبْرًا مِنَ الْأَرْضِ طُوِّقَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مِنْ سَبْعِ أَرَضِينَ

Translation

✧ He entered upon 'A'ishah while he was in a dispute over a house. 'A'ishah ؓ said: 'O Abu Salamah, avoid the land, for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Whoever wrongfully takes a span of land will be made to wear a collar of it from seven earths on the Day of Resurrection.'
