حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ

كَانَ إِذَا مَرِضَ قَرَأَ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ بِالْمُعَوِّذَتَيْنِ، وَيَنْفُثُ. قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ: فَلَمَّا ثَقُلَ جَعَلْتُ أَنْفُثُ عَلَيْهِ بِهِمَا، وَأَمْسَحُ بِيَمِينِهِ الْتِمَاسَ بَرَكَتِهَا

Translation

✧ When he was ill, he would recite over himself the two protective surahs and blow. Aishah said: When he became seriously ill, I began to blow over him with them and wipe with his right hand seeking its blessing.
