حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنْ مَخْلَدِ بْنِ خُفَافٍ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَضَى: أَنَّ الْخَرَاجَ بِالضَّمَانِ
