✧ A man divorced his wife, and she married another husband. He consummated the marriage with her, but with him was something like a fringe, and he did not approach her except for a single weak attempt, from which nothing was achieved. She mentioned that to the Prophet ﷺ and said, 'Am I lawful for my first husband?' The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'You are not lawful for your first husband until the latter tastes your sweetness and you taste his sweetness.'
