✧ I said to al-Qasim b. Muhammad: My father's wife breastfed a girl from among the people with the milk of my two brothers. Do you think I may marry her? He said: No, your father is her father. He said: Then he narrated the hadith of Abu al-Qu'ays and said: Abu al-Qu'ays came to Aishah asking permission to enter, but she did not grant him permission. When the Messenger of God ﷺ came, she said: O Messenger of God, Abu Qu'ays came asking permission to enter upon me, and I did not permit him. He said: He is your paternal uncle, so let him enter upon you. I said: It was the woman who breastfed me, not the man. He said: He is your paternal uncle, so let him enter upon you.
