✧ The Prophet ﷺ did not fast in any month of the year more than he fasted in Shaʿbān, for he used to fast the whole of Shaʿbān. And he used to say: Take on of deeds what you are able to bear, for Allah, mighty and majestic is He, does not tire until you tire. And the most beloved prayer to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was one that was persisted in. When he prayed a prayer, he would persist in it.
