حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ

كَانَ إِذَا اعْتَكَفَ يُدْنِي إِلَيَّ رَأْسَهُ أُرَجِّلُهُ، وَكَانَ لَا يَدْخُلُ بَيْتَهُ إِلَّا لِحَاجَةِ الْإِنْسَانِ.

Translation

✧ When he performed iʿtikaf, he would bring his head close to me and I would comb it. He would not enter his house except for human need.
