حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ أَخْبَرَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ أَبِي حَسَّانَ
أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَالَ لِعَائِشَةَ: إِنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يُحَدِّثُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: إِنَّ الطِّيَرَةَ فِي الْمَرْأَةِ وَالدَّارِ وَالدَّابَّةِ. فَغَضِبَتْ غَضَبًا شَدِيدًا، فَطَارَتْ شِقَّةٌ مِنْهَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَشِقَّةٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ، فَقَالَتْ: إِنَّمَا كَانَ أَهْلُ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ يَتَطَيَّرُونَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ.

✧ A man said to Aishah: 'Abu Hurayrah narrates that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Omens are in the woman, the house, and the riding beast.' She became severely angry, and one piece of her flew into the sky and another into the earth, and she said: 'The people of the Jahiliyyah used to draw omens from that.'
