✧ Abu Bakr entered upon the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and wanted to speak to him while 'A'ishah was praying. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to her: "Keep to the complete words—or another expression." When 'A'ishah finished, she asked him about that, and he said to her: "Say: O Allah, I ask You for all good, the immediate and the delayed, what I know of it and what I do not know; and I seek refuge in You from all evil, the immediate and the delayed, what I know of it and what I do not know. I ask You for Paradise and for whatever word or deed brings near to it, and I seek refuge in You from the Fire and from whatever word or deed brings near to it. I ask You for the good that Your servant and Messenger Muhammad ﷺ asked You for, and I seek refuge in You from what Your servant and Messenger Muhammad ﷺ sought refuge in You from. And I ask You that whatever You have decreed for me in a matter, You make its outcome right guidance."
