✧ A man made a bequest concerning dwellings that belonged to him, assigning a third of each dwelling to a person. So I asked al-Qasim ibn Muhammad, and he said: Combine three in one place, for I heard Aishah say: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever does a deed that is not in accordance with this matter of ours, his affair is rejected."
