حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ شَرِيكٍ عَنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ ذَرِيحٍ عَنِ الْبَهِيِّ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

أَنَّ أُسَامَةَ عَثَرَ بِعَتَبَةِ الْبَابِ فَدَمِيَ قَالَ: فَجَعَلَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَمُصُّهُ وَيَقُولُ: لَوْ كَانَ أُسَامَةُ جَارِيَةً، لَحَلَّيْتُهَا وَلَكَسَوْتُهَا حَتَّى أُنَفِّقَهَا.

Translation

✧ Usamah tripped on the doorstep and bled. He said: The Prophet ﷺ began sucking it and saying: If Usamah were a slave girl, I would adorn her and clothe her until I married her off.
