حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ
اعْتَكَفْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ امْرَأَةٌ مِنْ أَزْوَاجِهِ مُسْتَحَاضَةٌ فَكَانَتْ تَرَى الصُّفْرَةَ وَالْحُمْرَةَ فَرُبَّمَا وَضَعْنَا الطَّسْتَ تَحْتَهَا وَهِيَ تُصَلِّي
Translation

✧ One of the Prophet's wives, who was suffering from irregular bleeding, performed iʿtikāf with the Messenger of God ﷺ. She would see yellowish and reddish discharge, and sometimes we would place a basin beneath her while she prayed.
