✧ Do you know what the width of Hell is? I said, "No." He said, "Indeed, by Allah, you do not know. Between the lobe of one of their ears and his shoulder is a journey of seventy autumns, in which flow valleys of pus and blood." I said, "Rivers?" He said, "No, valleys." Then he said, "Do you know what the width of Hell is?" I said, "No." He said, "Indeed, by Allah, we do not know. Aishah told me that she asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about His saying: 'And the whole earth will be His handful on the Day of Resurrection, and the heavens will be rolled up in His right hand' [Quran 39:67]: 'Where will the people be on that day, O Messenger of Allah?' He said, 'They will be on the bridge of Hell.'"
