حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ الْأَسْوَدِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

كُنْتُ أَفْتِلُ قَلَائِدَ هَدْيِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ، وَمَا يَدَعُ حَاجَةً لَهُ إِلَى امْرَأَةٍ حَتَّى يَرْجِعَ الْحَاجُّ

Translation

✧ I used to twist the garlands for the sacrificial animals of the Messenger of God ﷺ, and he would not leave any need he had for a wife until the pilgrims returned.
