حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ تَدَّانُ، فَقِيلَ لَهَا: مَا لَكِ وَلِلدَّيْنِ ؟ فَقَالَتْ: إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: مَا مِنْ عَبْدٍ كَانَتْ لَهُ نِيَّةٌ فِي أَدَاءِ دَيْنِهِ إِلَّا كَانَ لَهُ مِنَ اللهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ عَوْنٌ, فَأَنَا أَلْتَمِسُ ذَلِكَ الْعَوْنَ

Translation

✧ She used to incur debt. It was said to her: Why do you deal with debt? She said: The Messenger of God ﷺ said: There is no servant who has the intention to repay his debt except that he has from God, Mighty and Majestic, help. So I seek that help.
