حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِعَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ
كَانَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ خَمِيصَةٌ فَأَعْطَاهَا أَبَا جَهْمَةَ وَأَخَذَ أَنْبِجَانِيَّةً لَهُ فَقَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّ الْخَمِيصَةَ هِيَ خَيْرٌ مِنَ الْأَنْبِجَانِيَّةِ قَالَ فَقَالَ إِنِّي كُنْتُ أَنْظُرُ إِلَى عَلَمِهَا فِي الصَّلَاةِ
Translation

✧ The Prophet ﷺ had a black-bordered cloak (khamīṣa). He gave it to Abu Jahmah and took an anbijāniyya garment from him. They said: 'O Messenger of Allah, the khamīṣa is better than the anbijāniyya.' He said: 'I was looking at its ornamental border during the prayer.'
