حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ خَالِدٍ يَعْنِي الْحَذَّاءَ عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ الْعَنْبَرِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ التَّلِبِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَعْتَقَ نَصِيبًا لَهُ مِنْ مَمْلُوكٍ فَلَمْ يُضَمِّنْهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ كَذَا قَالَ غُنْدَرٌ ابْنِ الثَّلِبِّ وَإِنَّمَا هُوَ ابْن التَّلِبِّ وَكَانَ شُعْبَةُ فِي لِسَانِهِ شَيْءٌ يَعْنِي لُثْغَةً وَلَعَلَّ غُنْدَرًا لَمْ يَفْهَمْ عَنْهُبَقِيَّةُ حَدِيثِ ابْنِ وَدِيعَةَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ: A man freed his share of a slave, and the Prophet ﷺ did not make him liable for the rest. Thus said Ghundar: Ibn al-Thalib, but it is Ibn al-Talib.
