حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ فَرْوَةَ بْنِ نَوْفَلٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَكَانَ ظِئْرًا لِأُم سَلَمَةَ قَالَ
أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَ مَجِيءُ مَا جِئْتَ؟ قَالَ جِئْتُ لِتُعَلِّمَنِي شَيْئًا أَقُولُهُ عِنْدَ مَنَامِي قَالَ اقْرَأْ {قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ} عِنْدَ مَنَامِكَ فَإِنَّهَا بَرَاءَةٌ مِنَ الشِّرْكِ
Translation

✧ I came to the Prophet ﷺ and he said: 'What brought you here?' He said: 'I came so that you may teach me something I should say when I go to sleep.' He said: 'Recite: {Say, O disbelievers} when you go to sleep, for it is a declaration of freedom from polytheism.'
