حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا السَّيْلَحِينِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَابِرٍ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ طَلْقٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَيْسَ الْفَجْرُ بِالْأَبْيَضِ الْمُعْتَرِضِ وَلَكِنَّهُ الْأَحْمَرُ

Translation

Chain of narrators
  1. Abū Zakariyyā al-Saylaḥīnī
  2. Muḥammad b. Jābir
  3. Qays b. Ṭalq from his father

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said: "The dawn is not the white [light] that appears horizontally, but it is the red one."
