حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ حَدَّثَنِي عَاصِمُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ قَتَادَةَ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ عَنْ مَحْمُودِ بْنِ لَبِيدٍ أَخِي بَنِي عَبْدِ الْأَشْهَلِ قَالَ

أَتَانَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَصَلَّى بِنَا الْمَغْرِبَ فِي مَسْجِدِنَا، فَلَمَّا سَلَّمَ مِنْهَا قَالَ: ارْكَعُوا هَاتَيْنِ الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ فِي بُيُوتِكُمْ، لِلسُّبْحَةِ بَعْدَ الْمَغْرِبِ

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came to us and prayed Maghrib with us in our mosque. When he finished, he said: 'Pray these two rak'ahs in your houses, for the supererogatory prayer after Maghrib.'
