حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا وَاصِلٌ عَنْ أَبِي سَوْرَةَ عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ
كَانَ يَسْتَاكُ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ مَرَّتَيْنِ أَوْ ثَلَاثًا، وَإِذَا قَامَ يُصَلِّي مِنَ اللَّيْلِ صَلَّى أَرْبَعَ رَكَعَاتٍ لَا يَتَكَلَّمُ وَلَا يَأْمُرُ بِشَيْءٍ، وَيُسَلِّمُ بَيْنَ كُلِّ رَكْعَتَيْنِ

✧ He used to use the siwak at night two or three times, and when he stood to pray at night, he prayed four rak'ahs, not speaking nor instructing anything, and he said the salam between every two rak'ahs.
