حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ أَخْبَرَنَا قَالَ سَمِعْتُ صِلَةَ بْنَ زُفَرَ عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لِأَهْلِ نَجْرَانَ لَأَبْعَثَنَّ إِلَيْكُمْ رَجُلًا أَمِينًا حَقَّ أَمِينٍ قَالَهَا أَكْثَرَ مِنْ مَرَّتَيْنِ فَاسْتَشْرَفَ لَهَا النَّاسُ فَبَعَثَ أَبَا عُبَيْدَةَ
Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to the people of Najran: 'I will certainly send to you a trustworthy man, truly trustworthy.' He said it more than twice. The people stretched their necks for it, and he sent Abu Ubaydah.
