✧ Hudhayfah b. al-Yaman about the Prophet ﷺ

حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ مُسْلِمَ بْنَ نُذَيْرٍ عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ قَالَ
أَخَذَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِعَضَلَةِ سَاقِي أَوْ بِعَضَلَةِ سَاقِهِ قَالَ فَقَالَ الْإِزَارُ هَاهُنَا فَإِنْ أَبَيْتَ فَهَاهُنَا فَإِنْ أَبَيْتَ فَهَاهُنَا فَإِنْ أَبَيْتَ فَلَا حَقَّ لِلْإِزَارِ فِي الْكَعْبَيْنِ أَوْ لَا حَقَّ لِلْكَعْبَيْنِ فِي الْإِزَارِ
Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ took hold of the muscle of my leg or his leg. He said, 'The lower garment is here; if you refuse, then here; if you refuse, then here; if you refuse, then the lower garment has no right to the ankles, or the ankles have no right to the lower garment.'
