✧ Hudhayfah b. al-Yaman about the Prophet ﷺ

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ صُهَيْبٍ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ أَبِي الْمُخْتَارِ عَنْ بِلَالٍ الْعَبْسِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ

مَا أَخْبِيَةٌ بَعْدَ أَخْبِيَةٍ، كَانَتْ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ بِبَدْرٍ، [مَا] يُدْفَعُ عَنْهُمْ مَا يُدْفَعُ عَنْ أَهْلِ هَذِهِ الْأَخْبِيَةِ، وَلَا يُرِيدُ بِهِمْ قَوْمٌ سُوءًا إِلَّا أَتَاهُمْ مَا يَشْغَلُهُمْ عَنْهُمْ

Translation

✧ There are no tents after those tents that were with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ at Badr, [which] were defended as the people of these tents are defended. No people intend evil against them except that there comes to them something that distracts them from them.
