حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ شَبِيبًا أَبَا رَوْحٍ يُحَدِّثُعَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ

أَنَّهُ صَلَّى الصُّبْحَ، فَقَرَأَ فِيهَا بِالرُّومِ، فَأَوْهَمَ فِيهَا، فَقَالَ: وَمَا يَمْنَعُنِي قَالَ شُعْبَةُ: فَذَكَرَ الرَّفْغَ،

Translation

✧ He prayed the morning prayer and recited in it Sūrat al-Rūm, but he made a mistake in it. He said: What prevents me? Shuʿba said: Then he mentioned the groin.
