حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ بَحْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو تُمَيْلَةَ يَحْيَى بْنُ وَاضِحٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ أَخْبَرَنِي خَالِدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ أَبُو عِصَامٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ بُرَيْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ
ذَهَبَ بِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَى مَوْضِعٍ بِالْبَادِيَةِ قَرِيبًا مِنْ مَكَّةَ، فَإِذَا أَرْضٌ يَابِسَةٌ حَوْلَهَا رَمْلٌ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: تَخْرُجُ الدَّابَّةُ مِنْ هَذَا الْمَوْضِعِ، فَإِذَا فِتْرٌ فِي شِبْرٍ

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ took me to a place in the desert near Makkah, and there was dry ground surrounded by sand. The Messenger of God ﷺ said: The Beast will emerge from this place, and it was a span by a handspan.
