حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ هِلَالِ بْنِ يَسَافٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْمُثَنَّى عَنِ ابْنِ أُخْتِ عُبَادَةَ عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّهَا سَتَكُونُ عَلَيْكُمْ أُمَرَاءُ تَشْغَلُهُمْ أَشْيَاءُ عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ حَتَّى يُؤَخِّرُوهَا عَنْ وَقْتِهَا فَصَلُّوهَا لِوَقْتِهَا فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ فَإِنْ أَدْرَكْتُ مَعَهُمْ أُصَلِّي؟ قَالَ إِنْ شِئْتَ

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said: “There will be rulers over you who will be distracted by things from the prayer until they delay it beyond its time. So pray it at its proper time.” A man said, “O Messenger of God, if I catch it with them, should I pray?” He said, “If you wish.”
