✧ When revelation descended upon the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, distress would appear on him because of it, and his face would become clouded [peace and blessings be upon him]. One day Allah [Blessed and Exalted] sent down revelation to him, and when it was lifted from him, he said: "Take from me. Allah has made a way for them: the previously married with the previously married, and the virgin with the virgin. The previously married: one hundred lashes and stoning with stones. The virgin: one hundred lashes, then banishment for a year."
