حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ حَدَّثَنِي عُمَيْرُ بْنُ هَانِئٍ أَنَّ جُنَادَةَ بْنَ أَبِي أُمَيَّةَ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ

مَنْ شَهِدَ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ، وَأَنَّ عِيسَى عَبْدُ اللهِ وَرَسُولُهُ، وَكَلِمَتُهُ أَلْقَاهَا إِلَى مَرْيَمَ وَرُوحٌ مِنْهُ، وَأَنَّ الْجَنَّةَ حَقٌّ، وَالنَّارَ حَقٌّ؛ أَدْخَلَهُ اللهُ [تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى] الْجَنَّةَ عَلَى مَا كَانَ مِنْ عَمَلٍ

Translation

✧ Whoever bears witness that there is no god but Allah alone with no partner, and that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger, and that Jesus is the servant of Allah and His Messenger, and His word which He cast to Mary, and a spirit from Him, and that Paradise is true and the Fire is true, Allah [Blessed and Exalted] will admit him to Paradise regardless of his deeds.
