✧ The worst of people in theft is the one who steals from his prayer. They said: O Messenger of God, how does he steal from his prayer? He said: He does not complete its bowing or its prostration, or he said: He does not straighten his back in bowing and prostration.

machine translationAl-Ḥakam b. Mūsā was alone in narrating it from al-Walīd b. Muslim, from al-Awzāʿī, from Yaḥyā b. Abī Kathīr, from ʿAbdullāh b. Abī Qatādah, from his father. Hishām b. ʿAmmār contradicted him and narrated it from Ibn Abī al-ʿIshrīn, from al-Awzāʿī, from Yaḥyā, from Abū Salamah, from Abū Hurayrah. It seems that the hadith of Abū Hurayrah is the more reliable.
