✧ I was with a group of the Prophet's ﷺ companions, and they were in ihram except for one man. He spotted some game, took a whip, charged at it, and caught it. He ate from it and we ate, then we took provisions from it. When we came to the Prophet ﷺ, we said: 'O Messenger of Allah, so-and-so was not in ihram—or was halal—so he caught game, and he ate from it and we ate with him, and we have some of it.' He said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to them: 'Eat.'
