حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ حَدَّثَنَا حَيْوَةُ أَخْبَرَنَا عَيَّاشُ بْنُ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ كُلَيْبَ بْنَ صُبْحٍ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ الزِّبْرِقَانَ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ عَمِّهِ عَمْرِو بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ الضَّمْرِيِّ قَالَ

كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي بَعْضِ أَسْفَارِهِ، فَنَامَ عَنْ صَلَاةِ الصُّبْحِ حَتَّى طَلَعَتِ الشَّمْسُ لَمْ يَسْتَيْقِظُوا، وَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ بَدَأَ بِالرَّكْعَتَيْنِ فَرَكَعَهُمَا، ثُمَّ أَقَامَ الصَّلَاةَ فَصَلَّى

✧ We were with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on one of his journeys, and he slept through the dawn prayer until the sun had risen and they had not awakened. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ began with the two rak'ahs and prayed them, then he established the prayer and prayed.
