حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ بَهْدَلَةَ عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ عَنْ أَبِي ظَبْيَةَ عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ قَالَ
مَا مِنْ مُسْلِمٍ يَبِيتُ عَلَى ذِكْرٍ طَاهِرًا، فَيَتَعَارَّ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ فَيَسْأَلُ اللهَ خَيْرًا مِنْ خَيْرِ الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ، إِلَّا أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ

✧ There is no Muslim who spends the night in a state of purity remembering Allah, then wakes during the night and asks Allah for good from the good of this world and the Hereafter, except that He gives it to him.
