✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ruled regarding the child of a woman who invoked mutual curses that he should not be attributed to any father, and that whoever accused her or accused her child should be flogged with the prescribed punishment. He also ruled that she was entitled to no maintenance or lodging, because the two of them separated without divorce and without his death.
