حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ حَدَّثَنَا زَائِدَةُ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَوْرٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَاهُ فَقَالَ أَتَوَضَّأُ مِنْ لُحُومِ الْغَنَمِ؟ قَالَ لَا قَالَ فَأُصَلِّي فِي مَرَابِضِهَا؟ قَالَ نَعَمْ إِنْ شِئْتَ قَالَ فَأَتَوَضَّأُ مِنْ لُحُومِ الْإِبِلِ؟ قَالَ نَعَمْ قَالَ أَفَأُصَلِّي فِي أَعْطَانِهَا؟ قَالَ لَا

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ: A man came to him and said, "Should I perform ablution from the meat of sheep?" He said, "No." He said, "Then may I pray in their resting places?" He said, "Yes, if you wish." He said, "Should I perform ablution from the meat of camels?" He said, "Yes." He said, "Then may I pray in their watering places?" He said, "No."
