حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْأَشْهَبِ عَنْ عَامِرٍ الْأَحْوَلِ قَالَ قَالَ عَائِذُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو

مَنْ عَرَضَ لَهُ شَيْءٌ مِنْ هَذَا الرِّزْقِ مِنْ غَيْرِ مَسْأَلَةٍ وَلَا إِشْرَافٍ، [فَلْيُوَسِّعْ بِهِ فِي رِزْقِهِ]، فَإِنْ كَانَ عَنْهُ غَنِيًّا، فَلْيُوَجِّهْهُ إِلَى مَنْ هُوَ أَحْوَجُ إِلَيْهِ مِنْهُ

Translation

✧ Whoever is offered something of this provision without asking or watching for it, [let him use it to make his provision ample]; but if he is self-sufficient, let him direct it to someone more in need of it than himself.
