✧ A man used to come to the Prophet ﷺ with his son. The Prophet ﷺ asked him, "Do you love him?" The man replied, "O Messenger of Allah, may Allah love you as I love him." The Prophet ﷺ lost the boy, so he asked, "What happened to the son of so-and-so?" They replied, "O Messenger of Allah, he passed away." The Prophet ﷺ said to his father, "Would you not want to enter any of the gates of Paradise and find him waiting for you?" A man then asked, "O Messenger of Allah, is this privilege for him only or for all of us?" The Prophet ﷺ replied, "Rather, it is for all of you."
