حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ أَخْبَرَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الرَّجُلَانِ الْمَرْأَةَ فَالْأَوَّلُ أَحَقُّ وَإِذَا اشْتَرَى الرَّجُلَانِ الْبَيْعَ فَالْأَوَّلُ أَحَقُّ
