حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ صَلَّى الْفَجْرَ فَقَالَ هَاهُنَا مِنْ بَنِي فُلَانٍ أَحَدٌ؟ ثَلَاثًا فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ أَنَا فَقَالَ إِنَّ صَاحِبَكُمْ مَحْبُوسٌ عَنِ الْجَنَّةِ بِدَيْنِهِ
Translation

✧ The Prophet ﷺ prayed the dawn prayer, then said: “Is there anyone here from the Banū so-and-so?” three times. A man said: “I am.” He said: “Your companion is held back from Paradise by his debt.”
