حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ
إِذَا أُنْكِحَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ زَوْجَيْنِ فَهِيَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا، وَإِذَا بِيعَ الْبَيْعُ مِنْ رَجُلَيْنِ فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا
