✧ A woman from Juhayna came to the Prophet ﷺ pregnant from fornication. She said: "O Messenger of Allah, I have committed an offense, so carry out the prescribed punishment on me." He called her guardian and said: "Treat her well, and when she gives birth, bring her to me." He did so, and he ordered regarding her, so her clothes were tied around her, then he ordered and she was stoned. Then he prayed over her. Umar said: "You pray over her when she has committed fornication?" He said: "She has repented with such a repentance that if it were divided among seventy of the people of Madinah, it would suffice them. Have you found anything better than her giving her life for Allah [the Mighty and Majestic]?"
