حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ أَخْبَرَنَا ثَابِتٌ عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ
إِذَا مَرَّ أَحَدُكُمْ فِي مَسْجِدٍ أَوْ سُوقٍ أَوْ مَجْلِسٍ، وَبِيَدِهِ نِبَالٌ فَلْيَأْخُذْ بِنِصَالِهَا. قَالَ أَبُو مُوسَى: فَوَاللهِ مَا مِتْنَا حَتَّى سَدَّدَهَا بَعْضُنَا فِي وُجُوهِ بَعْضٍ
Translation

✧ When one of you passes through a mosque, a market, or a gathering with arrows in his hand, let him grasp their points. Abū Mūsā said: By God, we did not die until some of us had aimed them at each other's faces.
