حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْلَى بْنُ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ حَدِيدٍ عَنْ صَخْرٍ الْغَامِدِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ

اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لِأُمَّتِي فِي بُكُورِهَا قَالَ: وَكَانَ إِذَا بَعَثَ سَرِيَّةً أَوْ جَيْشًا بَعَثَهُمْ مِنْ أَوَّلِ النَّهَارِ قَالَ: وَكَانَ صَخْرٌ رَجُلًا تَاجِرًا، فَكَانَ يَبْعَثُ تِجَارَتَهُ مِنْ أَوَّلِ النَّهَارِ قَالَ: فَأَثْرَى وَكَثُرَ مَالُهُ

Translation

  5. Rasūl Allāh ﷺ

✧ O Allah, bless my community in its early morning. He said: When he sent out a military detachment or an army, he sent them at the beginning of the day. He said: Ṣakhr was a merchant, so he would send out his trade goods at the beginning of the day. He said: So he became wealthy and his wealth increased.
