حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ أَسْلَمَ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ الصُّنَابِحِيّ يَقُولُ

إِنَّ الشَّمْسَ تَطْلُعُ [بَيْنَ قَرْنَيْ] شَيْطَانٍ، فَإِذَا طَلَعَتْ قَارَنَهَا، فَإِذَا ارْتَفَعَتْ فَارَقَهَا، وَيُقَارِنُهَا حِينَ تَسْتَوِي، فَإِذَا زَالَتْ فَارَقَهَا، فَصَلُّوا غَيْرَ هَذِهِ السَّاعَاتِ الثَّلَاثِ

Translation

✧ Indeed the sun rises between the two horns of a devil. When it rises, it accompanies it; when it has risen, it leaves it; and it accompanies it when it is at its zenith; when it has declined, it leaves it. So pray at times other than these three hours.
