حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ رَجَمَ يَهُودِيًّا وَقَالَ: اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أُشْهِدُكَ أَنِّي أَوَّلُ مَنْ أَحْيَا سُنَّةً قَدْ أَمَاتُوهَا
Translation

✧ The Prophet ﷺ stoned a Jew and said: O Allah, I call You to witness that I am the first to revive a practice that they had killed.
