✧ He had a camel that was given to biting, and it entered a walled garden and damaged it. The Messenger of God ﷺ ruled that guarding walled gardens by day is the responsibility of their owners, and guarding livestock by night is the responsibility of their owners, and that whatever damage livestock cause by night is the responsibility of their owners.
